Condominium Law
Landlord/Tenant Law
Estate Planning
General Contract Law
Real Estate: Residential and commercial real estate make up a significant portion of our practice. Whether it's representing a first-time homebuyer or an experienced developer, the Firm prides itself in adapting to the specific needs of its clients. In addition to guiding buyers and sellers through the transactional maze, the Firm is also equipped to conduct closings for the banks and lending institutions of its clients.
Condominium Law: The Firm is experienced in guiding its clients through the condominium conversion process. Cookie-cutter condominium documents have become all too commonplace in today's market. The Firm offers customizable documents based on its client's individual needs. Furthermore, at no additional expense, an attorney will make a site visit with its client and client's architect to assess the client's specific needs and requirements. The Firm also offers counsel to condominium trusts and associations.
Landlord/Tenant Law: The Firm offers counsel to both landlords and tenants. Whether it's counseling a new landlord on a rental property or a complex landlord/tenant dispute, the firm is experienced and capable of facilitating an amicable resolution, evicting a tenant through summary process, and everything in between
Estate Planning: The Firm provides basic estate planning for its clients. Whether it's updating or supplementing an existing estate plan or starting your estate planning from scratch, this is an area of law that should not be ignored. A complete estate plan typically consists of a Last Will, a Health Care Proxy, a Power of Attorney, a Living Will and, in some cases, a Statement of Corporal Disposition.
General Contract Law: Whether it's an Offer to Purchase Real Estate, an Ownership Agreement or an Employment Contract, all contracts have legal consequences. The Firm provides contract drafting and review to insure its clients are adequately protected.
The Firm also complements its practice and non-practice areas with trusted attorney referrals. Since we don't take on matters out of our area of expertise, our clients can feel confident that they're getting the best representation possible.
