Patrick F. Dwyer
The principal of the Firm, Patrick was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1999. Prior to opening the Firm, he spent eight (8) years practicing law with the firms of Donahue & Grolman and Jaile & Trifilo. At Donahue & Grolman, he honed his skills practicing many different areas of the law, with a primary focus on real estate. At Jaile & Trifilo, he focused on residential real estate and condominium law.
Originally from Cape May, New Jersey, Patrick resides in Waltham with his wife, Jennifer. He’s a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and Southern New England School of Law. Patrick’s also a triathlete, annually recognized as one of the top performers in his age group. He’s a longstanding member of the Boston Triathlon Team.

Adam WP Goncalves
Adam joined the firm in August of 2008. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December, 2003. In May of 2008 he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a department head at another Massachusetts firm in charge of small business, commercial and residential lending.
Adam was born and raised in Massachusetts. He currently resides in West Roxbury with his wife, Camille. He’s a graduate of George Washington University and Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. In his spare time, Adam is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fly fishing, hiking and kayaking.

Maria Vijil Davis, Of Counsel
Maria holds an Of Counsel position with the firm. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Maria was an attorney at Goodwin Proctor LLP, where she was a member of the Business Law Department and a member of its Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Prior to her time at Goodwin Proctor, she held an associate position at Gill, Devine & White, where she established and managed its Cambridge office, and focused her practice on commercial and residential real estate.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Maria currently resides in Boston with her husband. She earned her J.D. from Northeastern University and studied international law in Florence, Italy and Madrid, Spain. She holds a M.S. from Michigan State University and a B.A. from California State University.Professional affiliations:

Melissa A. Gravlin, paralegal
Melissa is a paralegal with the Firm. She was raised in Boxborough, MA and holds an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies and is a Certified Paralegal. Prior to joining Patrick F. Dwyer & Associates, LLC, Melissa spent six (6) years working as a Real Estate Paralegal at The Law Office of Daniel W. Ladd in Lexington before relocating to Los Angeles, California. During her four (4) years in Los Angeles, Melissa worked in Television Production on a Primetime Emmy Award winning show. Her return to the Boston area was prompted by her family ties, and a deep affection for the Sox and Pats.
